L'artista è Shepard Fairey ed Obey è solo il titolo di un suo libro [Obey: Supply & Demand, The Art of Shepard Fairey by Shepard Fairey (2006)]

Ah, e aggiungo che Obey è il soprannome di Andre the Giant (il wrestler).
L'artista è diventato famoso proprio facendo una street art di quel wrestler...
